FAILED DELIVERY/RETURNED TO SENDER

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (IS STUDIO).

DAMAGED/OPENED BOX

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Please submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we can no longer make changes. Please email us at support@isstudio.rs with your order number and let us know that you are looking to cancel your order and we will take care of you. Kindly keep in mind that we process orders quickly, and may be unable to cancel your order.

To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed monday through friday, excluding holidays. IS STUDIO is only able to ship orders via CITY EXPRESS. In the case of a lost package, it is a responsibility of the courier and all inquiriers must be directed to the courier.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Buyer can pay for ordered product/s in cash to a delivery courier. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If you have made an account with us you can login through our home page.
